Vegetable Curry Recipe:

1. Melt the cup of butter in a large saucepan together with the curry and the pinch of salt

2. Add the following ingredients: peas, Lima beans, green beans, tomatoes, leeks and the cauliflower florets

3. Lightly toss the mixture together

4. Add the cup of hot water

5. Cover the pan and simmer very slowly until all the vegetables are tender while shaking them from time to time to prevent them from burning

List of ingredients required:

1 cup peas
1 cup fresh Lima beans
1 cup green beans
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 cup hot water
1 cup butter
A pinch of salt
3 tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
8 leeks, finely chopped
1 small cauliflower, broken into florets
