Steak stuffed with Oysters Recipe:

1. Insert a sharp knife in the center of one side of the steak and slice it horizontally to about an inch from the edges to make a pocket

2. Season the oysters with salt and pepper

3. Stuff the pocket with the seasoned oysters and seal the edges of the opening

4. Broil the steak in a preheated oven for about 15minutes on each side

5. For well- done steak, transfer the steak to a hot pan

6. Melt the 2 tablespoons of butter in the hot pan

7. Fry the steak over medium heat for a few more minutes while basting it with butter if necessary

8. Serve the steak with the juices from the pan

A piece of steak (large enough to serve 6 people)
20 small raw oysters
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper
