Lime Ice Cream Recipe:

1. Beat the eggs well and gradually beat in the sugar

2. Stir in the cups of milk, corn syrup, lime juice and lime rind

3. Freeze the ice cream

4. An hour before serving, fold in the whipped heavy cream

5. Finish freezing

6. Let the ice cream soften slightly before serving

1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 and 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
