Ham Glazed with Beer Recipe:

1. Put the ham in a roasting dish

2. Pour the beer over the ham

3. Bake the dish in a moderate oven of 350F (180C) for about 45minutes, while occasionally basting with the beer from the dish

4. Mix the brown sugar, dry mustard, vinegar and enough beer to make a smooth paste

5. Remove the ham from the oven and score the fat diagonally in two directions to form diamonds

6. Spread the glaze over the ham, stud with whole cloves and bake for 30minutes longer or until the ham is well glazed

Cooked ham
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
Whole cloves
1 cup beer
1 cup brown sugar
