Grilled Salmon Recipe:

1. Split the salmon

2. Rub the salmon on both sides with salt and the olive oil

3. Put the salmon in a well-oiled hinged broiler

4. Broil the salmon with the flesh side up until it is lightly browned

5. Turn the salmon and cover the flesh with a mixture of the cream, lemon and parsley

6. Broil the salmon slowly with the skin side down for about 35minutes or until the flesh flakes easily

List of ingredients required:

1 salmon (approximately 8 to 12 lb)
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
1/2 cup butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup minced parsley
