Fresh Raspberry Porridge Recipe:

1. Put the raspberries, orange juice and honey into a liquidizer and blend them together to form a smooth puree

2. Chill the puree

3. Put the porridge oats into a non-stick pan

4. Add the milk to the pan and bring it to the boil while stirring

5. Let it simmer for 3minutes

6. Remove the pan from the heat and leave it to cool slightly

7. Transfer the porridge to a bowl and stir in the cream

8. Once the porridge is quite cold, stir in the yoghurt

9. Serve the porridge in small glass bowls and top it with the respberry puree and decorate the top with a few whole raspberries

List of ingredients required:

(Serves 4 people)

8 oz (225g) of fresh or frozen, thawed raspberries
Juice from 1 orange
1 tablespoon clear honey
1 1/2 0z (40g) porridge oats
450ml milk
150ml single cream
4 tablespoons thick Greek yoghurt
A few whole raspberries
