Fish Cakes Recipe:

1. Combine the cooked fish and the mashed potato

2. Stir in the beaten eggs

3. Add the salt and pepper to taste

4. Shape the mixture into cakes and fry them in hot oil at a temperature of 390F (200C)

List of ingredients required:

1 cup cooked cod, haddock or sole (free of skin and bones)
1 cup freshly mashed potato
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper
Oil for deep frying
