Cranberry Pie

Cranberry Pie Recipe:

1. Line a baking pie dish with the melted butter

2. Mix the cups of cranberries, sugar and the dry white wine or cold water

3. Add the tablespoons of flour mixed with a little wine or water to the cranberry mixture

4. Cook the mixture for 10 minutes while constantly stirring

5. Let the mixture cool then pour it into the prepared pie crust

6. Cover the dish with strips of pastry and brush it with some milk

7. Bake the pie in a hot oven for about 10minutes

8. Reduce the temperature to moderate heat and bake for another 25minutes until the crust is well browned

Melted butter
1 and 1 / 2 cups sound cranberries
3/ 4 cup sugar
1/ 2 cup dry white wine or cold water
1 and 1/ 2 tablespoons flour
A little milk
