Corn Lace Puffs

Corn Lace Puffs Recipe:

  1. Mix boiling 1/2 cup boiling water, corn meal and salth together.
  2. Blend thoroughly and cool.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  4. Fold in stiff egg whites.
  5. Drop mixture by teaspoons on a buttered baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F (180 °C) over for about 30 minutes or until the puffs are delicately brown.

Ingredient required:

  • 1/2 cup boiling water.
  • 1/2 cup corn meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Eggs, seperated
  • Butter
