Charcoal Broiled Steak

Charcoal Broiled Steak Recipe:

1. Let the steaks stand for about 2 hours before cooking them

2. Place the steak on a grill about 4 inches above the glowing coals

3. Broil the steak for about 5 to 10minutes

4. Turn the steak and sprinkle the cooked side with salt and pepper

5. Continue broiling until it is done to taste

6. Place the steaks on a warm serving platter

7. Sprinkle the other side with salt and pepper

8. Put several pats of sweet butter to melt and mingle with the steak juices

9. Cut the meat in diagonal slices with a sharp knife and serve
