Broiled Butterfish Recipe:

1. Wipe the butterfish with a damp cloth

2. Sprinkle the fish with the salt and pepper

3. Brush them with the butter and broil them for about 5minutes or until they are golden brown

4. Baste the fish several times with melted butter while broiling

5. Turn the fish over and broil the other side to a golden brown color as well

6. Transfer the fish to a heated platter

7. Spread the fish with soft butter mixed with the grated lemon rind, parsley, sweet basil and the pinch of chives

8. Garnish the dish with the lemon wedges

Salt and pepper
Butter
6 tablespoons of soft butter
3 teaspoons grated lemon rind
3 teaspoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon chopped sweet basil
