Barbecued Lamb Steak Recipe:

1. Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper

2. Marinate the steak for an hour in the following ingredients: olive oil, garlic, parsley, celery, and the sprigs of rosemary

3. Grill the lamb steaks over high heat for about 10minutes on each side

4. Continually brush the steaks with the seasoned oil until you have finished grilling

List of ingredients required:

1 and 1/2 inch thick steaks from the leg of a lamb
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped celery leaves
2 sprigs of rosemary
