Avocado Ice Cream Recipe:

1. Mash the pulp of the avocados with a silver fork

2. Press the pulp through a fine sieve

3. Stir in the cup of lemon juice, sugar and salt

4. Continue to stir until the sugar is dissolved

5. Stir in the cups of cream

6. Soften the gelatin in the tablespoon of cold water and dissolve it over hot water

7. Stir the gelatin into the cream avocado mixture

8. Mix thoroughly and freeze the ice cream

2 avocados
1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
3/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
2 cups cream
1 teaspoon gelatin
1 tablespoon cold water
